12TH SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIMES 21ST JUNE 2020
"Jesus is our best friend,and we share God's mystery and love with each other"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Welcome to all our online parishioners.
The return to public celebration of Mass and the Sacraments commences on June 29th. This will be a source of joy and hope to our parish community.
We should at all times follow the most up-to-date public health advice especially as regards physical distancing, good hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette .
Public health considerations should not in any way compromise the integrity of the liturgy and every effort should be made to support active participation and prayerful and joyful celebration. The Bishops ask us to note the following:-
The dispensation from the Sunday and Holy Daly obligation is extended for the time being. Many parishioners may wish to attend Mass on a week-day rather than at weekends.
Communion should be received only on the hand
Priests and Ministers of Holy Communion should visibly sanitise their hands before and after the distribution of Communion.
