Knock Pilgrimage to Pray for Peace in the Holy Land People from all over Ireland are invited to Knock Shrine on Saturday 16th May, for a special pilgrimage to pray for peace in the Holy Land. The pilgrimage – organised by the papal charity Aid to the Church in Need – will be led by Bishop William Shomali from Bethlehem. Bishop Shomali will offer a message of hope at 11 am and celebrate Mass at 3 pm. Everyone welcome.
Meath Diocesan Pilgrimage to Lourdes the Annual Diocesan Pilgrimage to Lourdes, led by Bishop Deenihan, is scheduled to depart on the 8th September. Pilgrims have the option of selecting a 4-night or 5-night stay. All participants will be accommodated in hotels, with fares starting at €849 for full board. Kells Road Races CC’s unlimited Kells Road Races launch night takes place next Thursday night the 21st May at 8 pm in the Headfort Arms Hotel, Kells as they officially launch the Road Racing Weekend which will be taking place in Crossakiel on the 20th/21st June next. Everyone welcome to attend.
